To refer a patient: call the office at 517-788-4781. Let us know this is for IV therapy and we will gather the necessary information for insurance verification. Some therapies may require a little time for approval. We need demographics, insurance information, documentation supporting the medical necessity and orders faxed to 517-788-4799.

If the patient needs same day care, providers need to speak to the doctor.

For patients: especially those we have previously taken care of, ask your doctor to send you here. You have a choice in how and where your healthcare dollars are spent.
